Please read these terms and conditions as we want you to be able to shop with confidence and be fully informed before you buy.  By purchasing from this site you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Creativesque’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Please note that each item is handmade and therefore slight variations will naturally occur. We endeavour to ensure that all product images are as close a representation of the actual product as possible.

PAYMENT

• Payment on the Creativesque website is taken through Paypal only, which is one of the safest and easiest ways to pay online.  Click here to read about how they keep your information safe.

ORDERING PROCESS

• Creativesque will confirm your order by email after it has been placed and you will also be sent a dispatch note when we have posted your item/items to you.

PRICES

• All prices on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP).  If you are an international customer then Paypal will convert to your local currency during the ordering process.  To check the current conversion rate before purchase, XE.com can be used as a guide.
• Promotions and special offers may occur from time to time and the price on the item at the time of purchase is the correct price.
• Any refund will be calculated using the price paid at time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

• Creativesque ships worldwide.
• All products are shipped within 5 working days and will be safely and securely packaged.
• All postage costs include a small proportion of packaging costs
• Depending on your choice at checkout, items will be shipped to UK destinations by First Class post or by First Class Recorded, which is a trackable service.  There are also two options for international destinations - by Airmail or by the International Signed For service, which is a trackable service.
• For international customers, any additional customs or tax amounts will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

• On receipt of your order, you have 7 days within which to inform us in writing of your desire and reason for a refund.
  
• We will only give a full refund if the goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit.  If you would like to return an item/items for any other reason, you will only be refunded the cost price of the item/items minus the original shipping fee.
  
• Creativesque is unable to offer you a refund if goods are not in a resaleable condition.
• Creativesque is unable to refund or accept returns on custom made or personalised items.
• You must return the item/items to us within 14 days of us agreeing to process your refund.  Please note that the cost of returning the item to us is your own.
  
• Creativesque accepts no liability for goods returned by customers that have been lost or damaged in the post and refunds in these cases will be discretionary
• We suggest that you use a delivery service with tracking so that the goods will reach us and so that we can process your refund.
• Creativesque will refund your purchase price via Paypal only, within 7 days of receipt of your returned item/items.
  

• Creativesque will only use your details for posting, packing and to inform you when your purchases have been dispatched.
• Creativesque will never pass your information onto third parties for any reason.
